Peak Condition Analysis

Know what's holding you back. Get closer to peak condition.

€40per report

Every player wants to reach peak condition. But training harder isn't always the answer.

Your ability to sustain intensity, recover from matches and adapt to training can be influenced by physiological factors you can't see on the pitch.

Using blood biomarker analysis, we identify what may be limiting your physical readiness and provide a personalised report with clear priorities and targeted nutrition and recovery recommendations.

Measure, don't guess. Know what to improve.

Common questions

Questions, answered

How does Peak Condition Analysis work?

The process is straightforward:

  • Get your blood test list. After requesting the service, you receive a list of the biomarkers needed to assess your physical condition.
  • Complete your blood tests. Visit a laboratory of your choice and send us the results.
  • We analyse your results. We examine individual biomarkers and the relationships between them to identify physiological factors that may affect your recovery, training adaptation and physical readiness.
  • Receive your personal report. You get a clear overview of what needs attention, why it matters and practical recommendations on nutrition and recovery.
  • Track your progress. After following the recommendations, you can repeat the relevant tests to measure changes and adjust your plan.

What exactly will I receive?

A personalised Peak Condition Analysis report, including:

  • Your physical readiness profile: an overview of your physiological condition based on blood biomarkers.
  • Potential limiting factors: measurable factors that may be preventing you from reaching peak condition.
  • Improvement priorities: what needs attention first and why it matters for your physical readiness.
  • Personalised action plan: practical nutrition and recovery recommendations based on your results.
  • Progress tracking: a basis for comparing your results with future blood tests to see what has improved and what still needs attention.

How can this help me reach peak condition?

Training alone doesn't always reveal what is happening inside your body. Low iron stores, nutritional deficiencies or certain metabolic imbalances may affect your ability to sustain intensity, recover effectively or adapt to training.

Peak Condition Analysis identifies these potential limitations through measurable biomarkers, so you can focus on specific areas rather than guessing. The goal is to support your body's ability to train, recover and perform consistently.

Do I need to arrange blood tests myself?

Yes. Once you request the service, we provide the required blood test list. You can visit a laboratory of your choice and send us the results. If you already have recent blood tests, we can check whether they contain the necessary biomarkers.

Laboratory testing is paid for separately.

What happens after I receive my recommendations?

You can start applying the recommended changes to your nutrition and recovery routine. After an appropriate period, typically around 6 to 8 weeks depending on the findings, you can repeat the relevant blood tests.

We then compare your biomarkers with your initial results, assess what has changed and refine your recommendations. A follow-up analysis is charged as a separate report.

What is included in the €40 price?

The price includes one individual blood biomarker analysis, a personalised physical readiness report, identification of potential limiting factors and practical nutrition and recovery recommendations.

Laboratory testing and any follow-up reports are not included. The assessment supports informed decisions about physical readiness but does not replace medical diagnosis or guarantee improved match performance.

Are the recommendations medical advice?

No. Peak Condition Analysis is a sports nutrition and wellness support service, not a medical consultation. The report provides personalised, evidence-informed guidance on nutrition, recovery and lifestyle based on blood biomarker patterns, with the goal of supporting physical readiness and progress toward peak condition.

It does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatment or replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. If results suggest a potential medical concern, the player will be advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
